InCites Journal Citation Reports:可以查询ISO和JCR缩写。

关联图

Connected papers: 输入想找的paper或者作者,直接会生成一张graph关联图,可以找到和这篇文章相关的文章,适用于综述写作。

学习

综合

Medium:美国的一个内容平台,有些类似中国的简书。对于一些不懂的技术可能会在上面找到科普。

机器学习

Papers with Code:上面可以找到一些机器学习的论文,优点是代码也一并提供了,方便从代码中体会。

英语

词根词缀

Online Etymology Dictionary:提供词根词缀的查询学习,全英文,本来可以用优词的,但是截至我写这篇文章的时候都不能正常查询,若是以后恢复可以考虑。update:原来优词的网站被卖了,打扰了。

趣词:原优词,亲测正常。

词根词源字典:提供词根词缀的另一种选择。至于朱伟推荐的词根词缀小程序,俺只能说非常垃圾,或者是因为我没付费?

写作

LaTeX

Overleaf:在线LaTeX写作,如果不想在本地安装巨大的TeXLive并配置TeX写作环境的话这个网站提供了一个可靠的解决方案。

近义词替换

Thesaurus:输入词语即可找到该词的近义词,用不同程度的橙色显示。

短语搭配

Academic Phrasebank:提供了一些学术报告中的常用搭配,比如描述趋势、数量变化等。

Ludwig:整句的搜索引擎,可以从可靠的资源库通常是一些专业的英文网站的文章里来找符合语境的表达。

Linggle:找正确搭配的网站,对于一些介词的使用可以看大部分人是如何选择的。

润色

Grammarly :名气很大的语法校正网站,不过貌似是收费的,反正俺没试过。

Quillbot:同上,会改同义词替换及语序,与上面的可以结合用。

微软爱写作:微软出品的写作检查网站,需要微信扫码注册,大致瞄了眼感觉很不错。

Hemingway Editor:用来检查有问题的词句,如过于冗长、用词错误和重复等。

NounPlus:对语法拼写错误会注释并给出建议,目前没测试是否好用。

画图

机制图

BioRender:画机制图很方便,可是要钱啊!不知道试用14天时能不能导出许可,暂时不画就懒得测试了。

可视化

Flourish:在线可视化的网站,比如B站上经常有人做的动态柱状图就可以用本网站实现。具体可见Examples。(由@kotori-y投稿)

配色

Colorgorical:用来生成配色,看起来不明觉厉。

图片放大

Bigjpg:深度学习放大图片,避免图片丢失细节而模糊。

细胞

小鼠原代肝细胞protocol:提供了小鼠原代肝细胞分离培养的详细步骤,还非常贴心地附上了Q&A、图片和小视频,此外他还提供了一些肝细胞代谢实验的详细步骤 ,对于初次涉及这个实验的是一个很好的入门教程。

ATCC:美国模式培养物集存库,可以查询常见细胞相关信息如形态、培养条件等。
